HOW TO PROCEED ?

In order to proceed, you need to do as follows :

1 Fill out the Application Form

2 Upon receipt of your application form, we start our search of family that best matches your wishes.

-We recommend to register as much in advance as possible in order to benefit from a wider choice of host families, however we can accept registration forms up to one month before arrival in Japan.

3 When the host family gives its agreement on the conditions of the stay, we send you an email notifying you that we have found a host family ( with some informations about the place, description of the family, neighborhood , station etc.. )The search takes usually a few days.

4 If you agree with the host family that we have found , please proceed with the payment

- LONG STAY ( 21 nights and more )

Send us the payment for the registration fee (19,000 yen), payment on line by credit card or by bank transfer.

The registration fee must be paid up to 3 days after the email notifying that we have found a host family.Please note ,that If you cancel your reservation for any reason (medical problem, refusal of visa, other reasons etc...) the registration fees are not refundable.

- SHORT STAY ( less than 21 nights ) NO REGISTRATION FEE

We will send you a request of payment for the deposit (which is equivalent to 30% of the total amount) , payment on line by credit card or by bank transfer .

You will pay the remaining 70% ( the balance )directly to the host family on your arrival. The payment of the 30% ( the deposit )must be done up to 3 days after the email notifying that we have found a host family.Please note ,that If you cancel your reservation for any reason (medical problem, refusal of visa, other reasons etc...) the payment of the 30% is not refundable.

5 Upon reception of the payment, the guest is notified by the sending of a "confirmation of stay". This document comprises all the information necessary so that the guest can come into contact with his family of reception (addresses, telephone, addresses e-mail) and check the conditions of the stay (formula of reception chosen, duration, price and dates of payment). The family, on its side, receives a summary document on the conditions of the stay and the dates of payment.
